These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of VirtualCarHub.com ("VirtualCarHub," "we," "us," or "our"), a buyer-side wholesale vehicle acquisition service. By creating an account or using the site, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. What VirtualCarHub Does

VirtualCarHub helps consumers access dealer-only wholesale vehicle channels. We surface available inventory, provide deal guidance through Danny (our AI deal advisor), coordinate pre-qualification and financing through licensed lending partners, arrange third-party inspections and condition reports, and coordinate vehicle transport. VirtualCarHub acts on the buyer's side of the transaction; we are not the manufacturer of any vehicle.

2. Eligibility and Your Account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract to use VirtualCarHub.
• You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent.

3. Communications and Consent

Transactional and marketing text/call consents are collected separately at registration, are always optional, and are never a condition of purchase. Message frequency may vary, message & data rates may apply, and you may reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Details are in our Privacy Policy. If you decline transactional messages, parts of the service that depend on them — such as SMS verification, automated deal updates, and AI-assisted notifications — will not work.

4. Danny and AI-Generated Content

Danny is an AI assistant. Danny's responses, estimates, and recommendations are provided for guidance only and may contain errors; they are not financial, legal, or tax advice, and they do not constitute a binding offer for any vehicle, price, or financing term. Final prices, terms, and approvals come from the executed purchase and financing documents.

5. Vehicle Information, Pricing, and Availability

• Wholesale inventory moves quickly. Listings, photos, condition information, and prices are provided as received from auction and dealer sources, may change without notice, and are not guaranteed until a deal is executed.
• Condition reports and inspections are prepared by third parties. They reduce, but do not eliminate, the risks inherent in buying a used vehicle.
• Estimated fees, taxes, transport costs, and delivery windows are estimates until confirmed in writing.

6. Financing, Deposits, and Purchases

• Pre-qualification is not a loan approval. Financing is provided by third-party licensed lenders and is subject to their underwriting and final documentation.
• Deposits and purchase payments are governed by the payment terms presented at the time of the transaction, including any stated non-refundable conditions.
• Title, registration, and applicable taxes are handled per the executed purchase documents for your state.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the service — including scraping inventory, reselling access, submitting false information, interfering with the platform's operation, or using it for any unlawful purpose.

8. Intellectual Property

The VirtualCarHub name, logo, site content, and software are owned by VirtualCarHub or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them except as needed to use the service as intended.

9. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, VirtualCarHub disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and our total liability arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid to VirtualCarHub in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or the terms of any executed vehicle purchase or financing agreement.

10. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law gives you the right to another forum.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date; continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
